You are passionate about using your research toolkit to understand customer problems & needs, skilled in communicating crisp research findings to diverse audiences, and able to leverage these insights to influence action across the business.

ehealthinsurance.io is a quickly growing company, and in your role as Lead UX Researcher you will:

• Define, build out & cultivate adoption of our UX research toolkit & best practices
• Undertake & drive use of foundational research regarding our users and their needs
• Translate your insights into compelling stories, using a variety of communication methods to trigger diverse internal audiences to act
• Hire, develop and grow a team of UX researchers

This role is part of the ehealthinsurance.io Product organization.

Qualifications:

• 5 years in UX research, with at least 3 years of experience in a senior UX research role
• In-house research experience with a scaled business focused on digital direct-to-consumer, insurance and/or health & wellness
• Deep working knowledge of the various UX research tools & methods
• Adept at translating UX research insights into compelling stories that trigger diverse audiences at all levels to act
• Experience leading UX research talent
• Experience setting up new UX research tools & processes, including managing vendor relationships
• Comfortable making progress autonomously, and working alongside subject matter experts in other crafts (such as product, data science, business, operations)

Software Engineers (SEs) must be familiar with the software development process in all of its phases and be competent in some or all of them. These phases include analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, and evaluation. SEs must demonstrate initiative for solving  problems and are expected to be able to perform most or all of the following tasks: setting up local development environments, writing unit, and integration tests, detecting and replicating bugs in the code

**Requirements**

• 2 to 4 years of software development experience, this might include work from higher education programs.
• 2 years of experience in one of the following programming languages Java, C#, or Python.
• 2 years of experience building web services that support business-critical, high-demand, and low latency operations.
• 2 years of experience using REST architectures.  GraphQL is a plus.
• 1+ years of experience working with Git version systems.
• 1+ years of experience with modern backend frameworks and libraries such as Spring, Springboot, .Net, Laravel, Express.js, etc.
• 1+ years of experience working with commercial relational and document oriented databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Cassandra, MongoDB, etc.
• 1+ years of experience implementing design patterns based on sound enterprise software architectures.
• 1 year of experience optimizing performance using profilers and load test tools such as JMeter, profiler, etc.
• 1 year of experience working with Agile methodologies. Scrum and Kanban are preferred.
• 1 year of experience working with CD/CI pipelines which include but are not limited to: build servers, artifact orchestration, container technologies, multi-environment deployment, etc.
• 1 year of experience working with cloud solutions vendors such as Amazon Web Services or Azure.
• Medium knowledge of English is expected.

Job Description

The Salesforce Developer (SD) is responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This will involve meeting with project managers, analyzing project objectives, coding new Salesforce applications, creating customer workflows, maintaining user roles, and troubleshooting application errors.

SD should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems. Ultimately, SD will create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that perfectly meet the evolving needs of the company.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience as a Programmer, Developer or Web Engineer
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Previous work experience with application and software development.
• Experience developing customer-facing interfaces.
• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM platforms.
• Advance experience in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, and VisualForce.
• Working knowledge of MavensMate or Eclipse.
• Knowledge of web coding including HTML and CSS

The Information Security Engineer (ISE) will help to validate that our services, applications, and websites are designed and implemented to the highest security standards. ISE will be responsible for analyzing the security of applications and services, discovering and addressing security issues, building security automation, and quickly reacting to new threat scenarios.

ISE is expected to be strong in multiple domains and provide significant contributions to the IT Security team and to multiple groups throughout the company. 

ISE is expected to develop elegant solutions to complex business problems and apply appropriate technologies while following security engineering best practices. 

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with any combination of the following: threat modeling experience, secure coding, identity management and authentication, software development, cryptography, system administration, and network security.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with security engineering, system, and network security, authentication and security protocols, cryptography, or application security.
• Expertise across a variety of security products including firewalls, URL filtering, information security, and virus protection.
• An enthusiasm for staying up to date with the very latest updates about security threats and solutions.
• Previous exposure to Linux and/or Windows Operating Systems, coding languages, and/or Networks.
• Prior experience developing threat models in alignment with industry standards (e.g. NIST, MS SDL, etc).
• Correctly balance security risk and product advancement.
• Prior experience integrating static & dynamic analysis in CI/CD pipeline.
• Experience/Knowledge related to investigations and incident response, especially in security incidents involving applications and security logs.
• Prior experience with GCP, AWS, Azure, and GKE.
• A deep understanding of web applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage Secure Development Life Cycle  program (DevSecOps)
• Conduct penetration testing of application and infrastructure and work with teams to close all findings (internal and external assessments)
• Be a security subject matter expert and respond to any internal security engineering questions/requests.
